OVER FRIED POTATO CHIP CHICKEN TENDERS
1 cup mayonnaise
1 package (12 oz) Kettle Brand potato chips (any flavor), crushed
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
1/4 cup butter, melted
Scoop mayonnaise into a shallow bowl.
Place crushed potato chips in another shallow bowl.
Dip chicken strips in mayo then coat with potato chips.
Place on a greased baking pan.
Drizzle with melted butter.
Bake at 400掳 for 20 to 22 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
Optional: Serve with dip or sauce.
